FAQ
If you are unable to collect your order you are required to drop a text or whatsapp message to 82286217 to inform the driver. You will thereafter be charged a fee of $8 for the delivery of your items directly to your place.
If you do not make payment for your delivery, the order placed under the group buy will be forfeited.
If you are unable to make it to collect your order you are required to make payment for delivery.
Payment can be made via PayNow to 84990979.
Upon purchase you will receive an email confirmation receipt. Please bring along this email receipt for your collection. You will not be allowed to collect your items if you do not have your receipt.
Yes you may assign someone else to collect your items on your behalf. Please ensure that the person collecting for you has the confirmation email receipt. Collection will not be allowed without the email receipt.
Our driver will be driving a Suzuki Every. If you are unable to find our driver for collection please call 82286217. Attached below is an image of the van.
