We believe Kombucha is a combination of science and flavours and we are dedicated to providing you with a delicious beverage for any occasion with an emphasis on flavour, freshness and overall satisfaction with every sip.
Our journey began during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, where most of us were left to our own devices at home. Being entrepreneurs by heart, we decided to make the best of this situation by riding on the success of booming online businesses. Our Fermentation Guru, Derek, decided to leverage his knowledge on food and started experimenting with food fermentation. This led us into the world of Kombucha and as we dove deeper the more intrigued we became. Our very first and flagship flavour was Peach Oolong which received the praise of many and since then we have continued to innovate and replicate its success with new flavours.
Being locally brewed we focus on flavours that are familiar to the Singaporean palate but unique when paired with the acidity and tartness that Kombucha is known for. With the rising popularity of the brewery scene in Singapore, Broux was established to push Kombucha into the limelight to be enjoyed by all.
With the versatility of our ingredients and knowledge on fermentation, we want to continue pursuing what we enjoy and continually create products that will satisfy anyone. So look forward to more products and flavours that we will be launching.
