Shipping Policy
Regular shipping is charged at $8 per order. We offer free shipping for orders above $45 from D'ooh La La Store.
All orders will usually be shipped out within 3-5 working days. We are a home based business and at time there might be a large surge in orders. As such we do not guarantee that all our products will be shipped within the stipulated time.
You can however be assured that we will strive to do our best to delivery the best homemade products to you in the shortest possible time.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide the best quality products. However in the unfortunate event that the products arrive in an unsatisfactory condition please do contact us at trish@dopenkitchen.com.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
We always try our best to provide you the best quality product. In the unfortunate event that your item is unsatisfactory please inform us immediately. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
