All orders will usually be shipped out within 10 working days. As all our vendors are home based we cannot guarantee that all our products will be shipped within the stipulated time during times when there are large surges in orders. You can however be assured that we will strive to do our best to deliver the best homemade product to you in the shortest possible time.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.We always try our best to provide you the best quality products. In the unfortunate event that your item is unsatisfactory please inform us immediately. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
